She is survived by: her parents, James Rogers of Washington and Deborah Jones Noel (Doug); her grandparents, Carroll Rogers of Washington, Harry Jones (Marlene) of Commercial Point and Frances Crawford (Jerry) of Washington; her brother Seth Rogers of Washington; and her stepsiblings, Brandon Noel (Missy) of Washington, Breanna Noel and Bethany Noel. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
