He is survived by: his father Charles Robert Humphrey Jr.; his pet Haven; his daughter Riley Maddison; his mother Bonnie White; his siblings, Charles Robert Humphrey III, Monica Humphrey (Mark) and Bill Hothem; his grandmother Suzanne Humphrey; his uncle Ron White; his aunts, Sylvia and Bonnie R; his great-aunt Marilou Swearengin; his siblings' children, Damien Young, Emily Young, Mikayla Dane and Quintin Dixon; and his cousins, Jackie Whittington, Sara Whittington, Elena Gates (Dave), Chris Gates, Eric Gates, Jennifer White, Khloe Ropp, Onna Johnson, Becca White (Randy Roberts) and Preston Roberts.
