He is survived by: his son Attorney Shinerr Parker; his wife Barbara Parker (Russell) of Columbus, Ohio; his siblings, Lorraine Davis (Parker) of Sandusky, Fannie Morgan (Parker) of Sandusky, Joann Parker of Sandusky, Jolee Parker (Betty) of Sandusky and Robert James Parker (Fannie) of Sandusky; his grandchildren, Koristian "Korie" Chandler Simmons (Rachel) of Muncie, Erika Jade Parker of Zanesville and Amir "Yoshi" Parker of Columbus, Ohio; and his great grandchild Isaiah Glenn Simmons of Muncie, Indiana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
