He is survived by: his mother Patricia Fisher (Caldwell); his stepfather William Fisher; his brothers, David Caldwell (Valerie), Nick Freeman (Beckey), Christine Caldwell and Heather Powers (Kenny); his children, Tammy Hill (Sean), Timothy, Travis, Wyatt and Dalton Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Brooke, Keagan Hill and Laci Caldwell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, niece's, nephew's and friends.
