She is survived by: her daughters, Cindi Shay (Andy) and Debbie Mitchell (Brandon); her daughter-in-law Tona Slagle; her grandchildren, Linsey Stiles (Richard), Tiffani Shay, Tom Slagle III (Kate), Tyler Slagle, Phillip Butte (Nadia), Tori Butte (Golden Armstead) and Aly Butte; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Annabelle, Raelyn, Drew and Bennett; and her sister Connie Del-Tedesco.
