He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Eastep and Hubert Eastep; and his son Kipley Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Gullette; his daughter Lia Marie; his brother Frank; his stepsister Sharon Sprouse (Vernon); and his cousin Harold Homer Bartels (Herk).
