She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Bailey and Cynthia Bailey (Boles); her husband Henry Romine; her brothers, Harry Bailey, Robert Bailey (Bob) and Paul Bailey; her grandson Chris Manley; her children, Della Metzger (Russ), Mary Money (Tim), Henry Romine, Karen Smith (Les) and James Almon (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Robert McQuaid (Colleen), Tracey Manley, Mike Manley (Amber), Thomas Money, Les Smith (Lauren), Ricky Romine, Allen Romine, Jammie Romine, Jennifer Dennis (Brian), Chantel Almon, Derek Harvey, Stephen Almon and McKenzie Almon; her brothers, Richard Bailey and James Bailey; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Bailey. She was also cherished by 20 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren.

She was awarded the Horizon Award for her service, volunteerism, donation and heroism with the OCSEA Chapter 4550.
