He was predeceased by: his parents, Miriam Stowe and Raymond Gerald Overholser; and his sisters, Miriam Herrmann and Margaret Mabrey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Wolf); his children, Phillip and Elaine McCloskey (Christopher); his grandchildren, Jacob of Delaware, Isabella of Delaware, Xavier of Delaware and Abigail McCloskey of Delaware; and his siblings, Dr. Lee (Karen), William (Theresa) and Anne Terese Burke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
