She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Wessel; and her sons, Steven and David. She is survived by: her children, Tom Wessel (Judy) of Columbus and Linda Rougeux of Texas; her daughter-in-law Karen Shrieves Wessel of Maryland; and her sister Luz Quitlong. She is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
