He is survived by: his parents, Celestine and Patrick Appollonio; his son Samual Clark; his granddaughter Ryliegh Clark; his siblings, William Farrar (Wilma), Pritchard Farrar (Nicky), Christopher Appollonio (Tiffany), Carletta Hughes (Donnell) and Patrice James (Gary); his siblings' children, Tanika Sykes (Rayshawn), Jalisa Jones, Jaamel Farrar and Robert Jones; his great-nephew Joshua Farrar; his nieces, Jordan and Christal Appollonio; and his great-niece Carmen Farrar. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins.
