She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Ida Patrick Brooks; her former husband Arnold Hall; her husband Monroe Turner; and her siblings, Nora Cottle, Tommy Brooks, Bernice Fugate and Lonnie "Tiny" Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara, Dennis Miller of Columbus, OH and Denver Jimmy Hall; and her brothers, Leander "Bear" Brooks, James (Phyllis Brooks) and Ben (Delease Brooks). She is also survived by six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
