She was predeceased by: her husband Heiter "Woody" Woodfork; her sons, Bruce and Michael Johnson; her mother Carrie Walker; and her siblings, Peggy Shuff, Bill and Bobby Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Woodard, Larry Johnson (Jada), Sanford Johnson (Jackie) and Lisa Butler (Darnell); her brother-in-law David "Puff" Woodfork; her sons, Marcus Woodfork and Stevie Woodfork; her grandchildren, Mya C. Woodard, Justin M. Woodard and Lorice Johnson; her niece Veronica White; and her granddaughter Alexis Johnson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, step-sons and step-daughters.
