She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Phillips and Betty Phillips; her brother David Phillips; and her daughters, Diana Slone and Paula Slone.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Slone and Lisa Slone (Michael Cornett); and her sisters, Ollie Hunt and Mattie Phillips. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
