He was predeceased by: his father Roy Paver; and his brother Ricky Frayer. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Paver; his children, Steven and Cindy Paver; his stepdaughter Alisha Stiers; his sister Nancy Houser; his nieces, Amanda Roush (Ryan) and Susan Spriggs; and his aunt Judy Miles (Clyde).
