He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Edward and Mae Elizabeth Fulton (Hogans); his former wife Vivian Austin (Moore); his siblings, Mae Louise Bunch and Charles Fulton; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Bunch and James Price.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Moore; his daughter LaTanya M. Fulton; his siblings, Betty J. Price, Hazel Anne Fulton and Harry Fulton (Anita); his sister-in-law Gail Moore; and his aunt Christine Banks. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
