She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Spurlock and Florence Spurlock (Blake); her husband Wilson Smith; her daughter Willodean Bahlinger; and her siblings, Alma Bragg, Sophie Reynolds, Worthy Spurlock and Doyle Spurlock.
She is survived by: her sister Ivalene Miller; her sister-in-law Hazel Spurlock; and her grandsons, Rodney Ebright and Gregory Ebright (Michelle). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
