We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2018, at the age of 79, Lucille Starr (Columbus, Ohio), born in Junction City, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Nath Starr; her sons, Steven L. Starr and David N. Starr; and her parents, Irene Stiffler and Lawrence Stiffler.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ballard (James) and Michael Starr; her siblings, Shirley Fent (Robert) and James Stiffler (Nancy); her grandchildren, Michael Ballard (Melinda), Katherine Smith (Matthew), Kristin White (Robert), Karen Woosley, David Jr. Starr (Megan), Danielle Starr and Joshua Starr; her great grandchildren, Myles Riley, Marisa Ballard, Aiden Smith, Miranda Ballard, Anthony Woosley, Logan Smith and Nicholas Woosley; and her close friends, Judy and Doris.
