He is survived by: his daughters, Joni Severe (Jamie) and Lori Mather; his grandchildren, Joshua, Joelle Ventola, Bobby Mather (Ashley), Andrea Hostetter and Tiffany Hembree; his great grandchildren, Tyler Severe, Ashton, Aiden Ventola, Logan Mather, Joshua, Jorgia Hostetter, Shawn, Christianna and Jason Campbell; his close friend Dottie Forman; his granddaughters, Roni and Katie Boyd; and also Jimmy Forman.
