He was predeceased by: his siblings, Andrew C. and Shu-Chen Chang; Chen. He is survived by: his wife Ying-Hsueh; his sons, Michael (Arlene) and Donald (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Sierra, Griffin and Toby; and his sister Shu-Wan Wang (Gary). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and many extended relatives.
