She is survived by: her sisters, Marybelle Binford and Marlana Carter (Quinn); her uncle Herbert McGee (Zakiyyah); her children, Lisa Shepherd, Leslie Crockett (Michael Sewell), Margaret Shepherd Moore, Jerri Graham and Jack J. Shepherd; her grandchildren, Lindsay Michelle Crockett, Anthony Moore, Jacqueline Hancock, Catherine Graham, Najaya Shepherd, Kristin Denney, Tyrell Gilchrist and Tyshon Booker; and her friend Bea Foster. She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
