She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Smith and Bernice L. Cassill Dutcher; her grandson Julius Barney; her siblings, Roy Herbert Dutcher, Clarence Dutcher and Phyllis Betz; and her brother-in-law Jerry Fee.
She is survived by: her son Shane Barney (Maria) of Columbus; her grandchild Devin Barney of Columbus; her sisters, Betty Jean Stewart of Columbus, Mary Lou Fee of McArthur and Martha Sisson of Rogers, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Betz of Gallipolis and Louise Dutcher of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
