She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Hay Sr.; and her son Shane Hay. She is survived by: her children, Robin Scurlock (Rich), Bobby Yontz (Pat), Marla Bernado, Tom Hay (Candy Dillon), Shawn Hay (Vickie), Todd Hay (Treva) and Scott Hay (Desi). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 grandchildren.
