She is survived by: her husband John Ruark, Jr.; her mother Jeanne Phillips; her stepfather Thomas Phillips; her son Joseph Ragland (Christine); her grandson Owen Ragland; her mother-in-law Katherine Ruark; and her siblings-in-law, James and Glenna Ruark. She is also survived by children; many more extended family, friends.
