She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Krebs and Dorothy Krebs (Miller); her husband Ralph Osborn (Ozzie); and her brothers, Danny Krebs (Dianne) and David Krebs (Carol).

She is survived by: her children, Debra Haughn (Jim) and Richard Osborn (Carol); her grandsons, Danny and David Moore; and her friend Bobbi Powell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Martha's name to Kindred Hospice.
