He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Alper and Sadie Alper. He is survived by: his sister Sherie Silverman (Hal); his sibling's children, Renee DeBold (Jim) and Josh Silverman; his great-nephew Ben Silverman; and his great-nieces, Brooke and Shelby DeBold.
