She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Carman; her daughters, Tambla Bice Birkheimer and Shalynnda Van Sickle (Erin); her stepdaughter Sheri Knapp (Todd); her grandchildren, Ambreea Waggoner (Brent), Timothy Dills (Emma), Angalese Upchurch, Cimmaron Deoring, Amanda Lange (Matt), Braeden Kellogg and Mahaela Kellogg; and her siblings, Greg Chadwick of Chesterville, OH, John Chadwick of Shady Cove, OR, Rita Longshore of Sunbury, OH and Mable Engert of Somerset, OH. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
