She is survived by: her husband Jack J Carter; her daughter Lynda S Carter; her grandson Billy Jack Brown; her children, Lester Lee Carter, Sharron Reed, Jacki Howard and Donna Tolley; and her grandchildren, Okey Howard Jr., Kimberly Howard, Belinda Howard, Earl Reed, Joey Reed, Katherine Reed, Amanda Tolley Joshua Tolley, ShouLyn Tolley, Kasey Carter and Tiffany Brown. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
