She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Patke; and her parents, Frank O'Konski and Mary Jane O'Konski. She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Patke.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to St Ursuline Academy, 4025 Indian Rd, Toledo, OH, 43606, in her name. And in closing, one of her favorite lines was, "Well, I'm dead, dead, dead, dead, dead, dead. Who would have ever guessed that I would have lived this long?".
