She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy DiLoreto and Rose DiLoreto; her sister Patty Adkins; and her son Curt Segraves, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Martin Dominic Walker; her siblings, Andrea Myers, Janet Ward, Julie Lane, Tonette Sanders and Andy DiLoreto, Jr.; her children, Chris, Andy Segraves, Tina Griffin and Tami Moushey; and her stepdaughters, Mary Beth McCallister and Julie Clark. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, we request donations made in Mary Lou's name to Mohun Health Care Center, 2340 Airport Dr, Columbus, OH 43219.
