She is survived by: her children, Harold Mutter of Columbus, OH, Peggy Blackburn of Raleigh, NC and Jo Ann Humphrey of Columbus, OH; and her siblings, Charles E. Whitt of Portsmouth, OH. and Dixie Jenkins of Portsmouth, OH.. She is also survived by Four grandchildren; Eight great-grandchildren.
