He was predeceased by: his parents, Merl Potts and Myrtle Potts (McNutson); and his son Mark R. Potts. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Potts (Shartz); his daughter Terry Jones (Dallas); his granddaughters, Sarah, Christal and Amber; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Mia, Avery, Lucy, Beckett and Adison.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Ohio Health Home Hospice.
