He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clouse and Mary Clouse; his wife Debra; and his brother Jack. He is survived by: his son Benjamen (Nikki); his grandchildren, Arron and Abby Iris; his stepfather Dr. Ed Sheffler; his sister Diane Warner (Edward); and his nephews, Seth (Ashley) and Zachary. He is also survived by cousins and many good friends.
