He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn Valentine; his stepchildren, Denise Nott (John Rickards) and Dan Nott (Terra); his grandchildren, Chad, Cody, Danielle, Stephanie and Jerrod; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Kyleigh, Savannah, Hunter and Niles; and his brother Steve Valentine (Sue). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, Mike's family encourages memorial donations be made in his honor to Heartland Hospice.
