He is survived by: his sister Kristin Casper (Nick); his siblings' children, Alex, Kaitlyn and Mackenzie Casper; his brother Brian Barrett (Ronit); his siblings' children, Ben, Zack, Max, Ashley, Justin and Aaron Lewis; his pets, Jerome and Jaxx; and his wife Lori Lewis. He is also survived by his wife, his parents.
