We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2021, Michael Jacobs of Columbus, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Jacobs and Lucile Jacobs. He is survived by : his wife Diane; his sisters, Ann Scott (Robert) and Rebecca Jacobs; and his stepdaughters, Michelle Johnson, Renee Paxton (Derek) and Melinda Glenn. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, numerous loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
