He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Toney and Margaret Toney. He is survived by: his children, Tammy, Tamela M. Toney and Christopher S. Toney; his grandchildren, Delia, Layaugna, Mia, Ava, Sophia and Long; and his friend Vicky Mays. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and a host of relatives and friends.
