He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Philips and Phyllis Philips. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his sons, Adam Philips (Julia) and David Philips (Bari); his brother Peter Philips (Ann); his nephew Jeffrey Philips; and his grandchildren, Sophie, Lucy, Fred, Noah, Cody and Zoe.
