He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trish" Takacs; his children, Mason Takacs, Samantha and Dino Angelas; his grandchildren, Eli, George and Xander Angelas; his sister Robin Offenberger; Paula Horner, Barbara, Ted Parks, Jim, Debbie Horner, Sarah, Doug Moorhead, Andrew Parks, Matt, Laura Horner, Rachel, Frank Herchick, Heidi, Anthony John, Ryan Offenberger and Tyler Offenberger.
