Nanciann was predeceased by: husband Robert E. Francis; son Robert A. Francis; parents, Theodore Leibbrand and Fannie Leibbrand; and siblings, Theodore Leibbrand, Mildred Lowe Hendricks and Jeannine Allen.

Nanciann is survived by: children, Gary L. Francis and Tammy L. Tackett (Scott); grandchildren, Carrie Casto, Aaron Francis and Chelsey Tackett; brother Edwin Leibbrand; and close friend Don Dowdy. Nanciann is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives.
