She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Osborn and Elvina Osborn (Burke); her husband John Arthur; her children, Gary Arthur and Elvina "Pat" Preece; her grandsons, Sammy Clagg and Johnny Clagg; and her brothers, James Osborn and Newton.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Green of Milton, W. V. and Jerry Stanley (Carrie) of Columbus, OH.; and her siblings, Georgia Moore (Glenn) of Osgood, IN. and Baxter Osborn of Bevay, IN.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 36 great-great grandchildren and 1 great-great-great grandchild; as well as nieces, nephews and friends.
