Nicholas Mavromatis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2020, at the age of 96, Nicholas Mavromatis (Columbus, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Mavromatis and Despina Mavromatis (Dorma Mavromatis); his sisters, Kalliopi and Eleni; and his son Michael Mavromatis.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Nicole Mavromatis, Kelli Mavromatis (Bryan Wendling) and Niko Mavromatis; his great grandchildren, Mason Buck and McKenna Kautz; his sibling's children, Katerina M. Kalogera and George Kontos (Pelagia); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael and Demetris Kontos.
The rules for Covid-19 will apply, with no more than 10 people permitted in the chapel at a time.
The family has asked that donations be made to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 555.
