He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Rose and Carrie Rose; his son Bernard Rose; and his siblings, Lester, Norman, Violet, Della and Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Rose; his sons, Dean (Sharon), Noah (Linda) and Floy (Janet); his siblings, Bonnie Gillenwater and Roy Rose; and his grandchildren, Kristine Schirtzinger (Eric), Bernard Rose, Tracy Craig (Shane), Brent Rose, Jennifer Dew (Marvin), Kelly Writesel (Mike), Jason Rose and LouAnn Deveno (Luca). He is also survived by 11 great-grand children; and two great-great grandchildren.
Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, guests are asked to donate to tunnel2towers.org.
