Noel is survived by: wife Ruby; children, Theresa Weidner, Cynthia Nelson (David) and Bruce Weidner; grandchildren, Dr. Dustin Nelson (Amber), Dr. Casey Nelson and Kimberly Weidner; sisters-in-law, Betty Weidner and Rosie Grimes; and sibling's children, Bonnie Golf, Angela Rhummle, Steve David (Carol), Chris (Heather), Dennis Weidner (Sharie) and Todd Halfhill. Noel is also survived by cousins, friends.
