He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Richard Brakeman and Maria Magdalena Fullmer; and his cousin Robin Brakeman. He is survived by: his children, Zachary Norman Brakeman and Tahlar Maria Brakeman; and his siblings, Michael Brakeman and Kimberly Brakeman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
