He is survived by: his wife Debbie DeVine; his sons, Allen Devine (Candace) and Matt DeVine (Christina); his grandchildren, Natalie, Grace, Maddie, Annie DeVine, Thomas and Macie Rice; his siblings, James DeVine (Kim), Jacalyn Bush, Tim DeVine (Marilynn), Becky Koehler, Kenny DeVine, Sandra Massara, Carol Turner (Keith), Rob Taynor (Mary) and Mary Beth Souders (John); and his mother-in-law Nadine Kuhn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
