He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert and Bessie Jane Fields; his brothers, Roy, David and John Fields; and his daughter Linda Darlene.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah "Sally" Fields; his daughters, Debbie Steele (Wes) and Karen Dotson (Dennis); his grandchildren, Paul Steele (Jen), Cara Downard (Joe), Caleb Dotson (Nikki), Jessica Hogan (Dan) and Cassie Lauderdale (Stephen); his great grandchild Pike; and his siblings, James Fields (Sue) and Jane Harder. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Proper social distancing and masks are required for all whom attend services.
