Orlene Shimberg Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2019, at the age of 79, Orlene Shimberg (Columbus, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frederic F. Marks and Helen Koenig Marks; her husband Steve; her children, Rabbi Jessica Shimberg, Ken and Betsy Shimberg of Providence, RI; her sister Zara Marks Abel; and her friend Violet Wozniak.
Orlene requested that donations in her honor be made to Kehilat Sukkat Shalom http://www.sukkatshalomcolumbus.org or Zonta Foundation of Southwest Florida.
