She is survived by: her children, LaKesha, Brandon, LaTasha, Saundrica Gripper, Roberta, Robert III and Antwan Overton; her grandchildren, Te'Ajyah Clark, Cameron Frazier, Jr., Donajyah, Donald, Doneise Poindexter, Taliyah, Kennedi, Sirah Gripper, Jamontae, Jahmad, Taniyah, Jaiyon Pointer, TyTianna, Dushun, Teshun, Roshun Bosley, Antwan Overton, Jr., Heaven Hawkins, JaVoughn Henderson, JaViagha Simington and Tikeziona Chuckes; her siblings, Vallory Rahaman (Mitsy), Clarence Pointer (Anita), Jeffrey Pointer, Tina Solis and Ramona Ragland (Charles); her aunts, Catherine McMullen and Charlene Rahaman; and her goddaughter Cali Simpkins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
