He was predeceased by: his wife Philomena Merullo (Bellisari); his sons, Felix II and Michael Merullo; his parents, Fortunato Merullo and Assunta Merullo; and his brothers, Felix and Daniel Merullo.
He is survived by: his children, Fortunato (Renée), Cynthia Barksdale (John), Karen Merullo, Regina Bickar (Eddy), Pasquale "Tony" Jr. (Letizia), Sandra Dibello (Michael), Kelly Merullo, Catherine Rinehardt (David) and Mary Eppert (Mark); his siblings, Mary Winter (Chet), Josephine Frazer (Lamont), Victor Merullo and Samuel Merullo; and his close friend Merullo Landscape. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
