It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patina Tarzis (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on October 23, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patsy Thompson and Mack Thompson; and her sisters, Debbie Conn and Donnie Pusz. She is survived by: her sons, Brandon Tarzis and Sean Wetzel; her siblings, Bruce Thompson (Sherry), Michael Pusz (Barbara) and Becky McGuire (Rick); and her granddaughters, Emma and Amara Wetzel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
